Villa Don Teto si a wide comfortable residence with swimming pool, 8 bedrooms and 1 suite in the Santo Suarez nieghbourhood.

The property i divided in 2 sections; Section A has 4 double bedrooms: 1 double bedroom wth king-size bed on ground floor, while on second floor are 1 double bedroom wth king-size, 1 double bedroom wth two single beds, 1 suite with annexed living room. All rooms with air-conditioning, security box,  fridge, private bathroom with shower and hot water

Section B has 4 double bedrooms, all with king size bed, air-conditioning, TV, fridge, security box, terrace overlooking the swimming-pool and private bathroom with shower and hot water.

Main suite is on the second floor with king-size bed, air-conditioning, TV set, freezer, security box, private terrace with pool and city view and private bathroom with shower and hot water.

Swimming-pool with Jacuzzi, wide patio and garden with ornamental plants, beach chairs, umbrellas, chairs and tables; terrace is partly roofed, with chairs and tables. Private bar with billiard and private club to have dinner with air conditioning, creole ranchon with tables and chairs and, barbecue and garage.

Ideal house for families, couples and business men and large groups; Cuban visitors are allowed in the rooms.

The house is located in Santo Suarez neighborhood, 300 m from Via Blanca street, 200 mt from Santa Catalina Avenue and 20 minutes by car from Old Havana.

Main Suite can only be rented with whole house; the property only rents full sections A and B (4 bedrooms each); in case you wish to book only one room, please cick on SEND INQUIRY.
