Villa Juanita is an independent villa in Las Terrazas, Pinar del Rio province.

Modern house on 2 levels located amid the Cuban countryside; on the ground floor with private entrance is a wide private terrace with swing, tables, chairs, rocking chairs, wood bench’s, fan and double room No.3 with air conditioning, fan, freezer and private bathroom with shower and hot water.

In the back part of the house with private entrance on first floor is the triple room No.1 with private terrace, tables, chairs, mountain’s view, air conditioning, freezer, fan and private bathroom with shower and hot water, living room with table, chairs, freezer, TV set and fan.

Also with private entrance in the back part of the house and on the first floor is triple room No.2 with private terrace, tables, chairs, mountain’s view, air conditioning, freezer, fan, pantry and private bathroom with shower and hot water, wide terrace with pergola, table, chairs, ornamentals plants and orchids.

On the back part of the house is a wide patio with fruits’s trees, birds, ornamental plants and peacock, wide garden and parking.
