Casa Santana is a wonderful colonial house with Cuban family with 2 bedrooms ensuite, in the heart of Trinidad.

Colonial house built in the year 1800, birthplace and house to the Trinitarian painter Don Antonio Herr, still preserving original roofs, floors, doors and windows. Quadruple bedroom n.1, with bronze beds from 18th century is located on the upper floor with air conditioning, fan and bathroom with shower and hot water. Living room contiguous to the room with freezer, table and colonial style chairs.

Triple bedroom n.2 is on the ground floor with air conditioning, fan and bathroom with shower and hot water; living room contiguous to the room with freezer, table and chairs, direct access to the patio.

The house with colonial style furniture also has small living room, dining room, living room with phone and TV set, wide patio, terraces, pergola and garden set with ornamental plants, fruits’ tree, tables, chairs and rocking chairs to rest, read or have a diner if desired.

In the patio are original water jars from Malaga to collect water, original metal pots used for the slaves to cook in the sugar factories of the area and original Duos Tainos made by local indigenous inhabitants, befor Spanish conquer.

This house is located in the historic city center, 300 m from Plaza Mayor and 200 m from Céspedes Park and shopping area, 250 m from Viazul bus station.
